Second game for the U15 Rockets squad in the South II National League against Islington Panthers. Panthers have eight men with a full squad for Rockets.
2nd game of the day Rockets get the opening 4 point lead from Josh. Panthers also exploit the fastbreak but lack the defence that Hornets displayed. Rockets missed several shots. 1st quarter score Panthers 13 – Rockets 9. 2nd quarter was memorable for double dribbling, missing the basket and defence was poor. Jacks long pass to Durell how got the last 4 points of the quarter leaving Panthers 31 – Rockets 15.
3rd qtr Luca opens with long shot and then scores directly from under the basket. Passing improved, offensive is strong but many of our shots just missing the basket. Panthers 46 – Rockets 25. Final quarter, Rockets lose 29 to Panthers 57.
